which specializes in technical news coverage and ranked by Time magazine as one
of the best blogs on the Internet in 2010, quoted a YouTube spokesperson that:
The platform has strict policies prohibiting hate speech on YouTube, We delete
any channel that repeatedly violates these policies, and that approximately
25,000 YouTube channels that violate hate speech and speech policies have been
removed.
