The forum is organized by the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of
Commerce and Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group, in collaboration with the Ministry of
Investment and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Trade and Industry
and the Union of Arab Chambers.
The
forum comes after the new investment law and its executive regulations have
been issued in Egypt, thus providing an opportunity to discuss the latest
developments as well as incentives and reforms. New investors showing interest
in the Egyptian market will be attending the forum along with their
already-established peers.
The
forum aims at discussing different stages of the investment climate development
and reform, while shedding light on large scale development projects, job
opportunities they entail, and how well the local private sector and foreign
investments have responded to the government’s efforts till present and the
prospects of Arab and foreign investment in Egypt.
Ministers,
officials, experts, businessmen and investors from Egypt and different Arab
states will share their experiences along with representatives of regional and
international funding bodies and institutions.
