by improving its ranking in 3 areas; 41 centers advanced in “easy access to funds”, 12 centers in “freedom of international trade”, and 1 center in “regulatory legislation”.
Hong Kong still tops the ranking of countries on the index, while Venezuela is at the bottom of the list of countries in the index. New Zealand, Switzerland and the United States are among the highest-rated countries on the index, compared to Congo, Libya, and Sudan among the countries with the lowest rating on the index.
