Cairo - Eco - Nariman Yanny:  Art D’Égypte by
CulturVator held a press conference today to officially announce the participating artists of the highly anticipated fifth edition of Forever Is Now ... the world-renowned contemporary art exhibition taking place at the Pyramids of Giza from November 11 to December 6, 2025.
This year, Forever Is Now proudly features 10 leading international artists: Michelangelo Pistoletto (Italy), nominee of the Nobel Peace Prize; Alexandre Farto aka Vhils (Portugal); Recycle Group (France/Russia); Ana Ferrari (Brazil); Mert Ege Köse (Turkey); Salha El Masry (Egypt); Nadim Karam (Lebanon); King Houndekpinkou (Benin/France); and J. Park (South Korea).

In addition to announcing the participating artists, Nadine Abdel Ghaffar, Founder of Art D’Égypte by CulturVator, revealed two collateral exhibitions running in parallel with Forever Is Now. The first is the Cairo International Art District (CIAD), returning for its fifth edition in Downtown Cairo from October 12 to November 16, 2025. CIAD will feature five curated exhibitions across the Shorbagy Building and the historic Kodak Passage, showcasing the works of more than seventy local and international artists.

She added: “For the first time, CIAD introduces a Guest Country of Honor, with South Korea taking center stage. Represented by the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE), an institution designated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, South Korea will present six contemporary artists within the exhibition to celebrate thirty years of cultural diplomacy between Egypt and South Korea. We are truly excited for this collaboration and the cultural bridges it continues to build.

The second collateral project is the Art Décoratifs Exhibition, to be held at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir from November 14 to 24, 2025. This exhibition will present the works of over 15 international and Egyptian designers and artists, celebrating design as an integral part of Egypt’s cultural landscape.

Nadine Abdel Ghaffar continued:“ This edition of Forever Is Now is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Experience Egypt and UNESCO. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our main sponsor LMD development and to our partners whose support makes this journey possible: Iram , Transportation Partner Abou Ghaly Motors , our Luxury Mobility Partner BMW, Pepsi Official Beverages Partner, Afreximbank , Orascom Pyramids Entertainment, Sawiris Foundation for Social Development , Ulter by Valu our Financial Partner , Mostic our Event Partner, Alumil, our Hotel Partner Giza Palace, Nestlé our Sustainability Partner, vodafone our telecom partner, our Logistics Partner DHL,  Official Carrier EgyptAir, Travco Group, Sage our Hospitality partner, Rover as an Engineering Partner , Signify our lighting Partner, scib paints, and special appreciation goes to Ismaelia for Real Estate Development & Downtown , Tahrir Culture Center, our media partners; MO4 Network, Scoop Empire, PS Agency, TV5 Monde, the Italian Institute of Culture in Cairo and the Embassy of Italy, and the Nadim Foundation. Speaking at the press conference, Dr. Zahi Hawass stated: "I am very happy to be here today, as the pyramid to me is not just a historical monument, but a part of my life. It always fascinates and inspires me, especially when I see the cultural and artistic events organized near it. Nadine's idea was innovative, as she brought together artists from all over the world — sculptors, engineers, and creatives — to showcase their work next to this historic landmark. I assured Nadine that every artist who comes to display their work here will feel the magnitude of its greatness and will be in awe of this miracle that has defied time. The pyramid is not just a structure, but an eternal symbol that reflects human greatness and our ability to innovate and create."

Dr. Walid Qanoush, Head of the Fine Arts Sector at the Ministry of Culture, added: "I am truly delighted to announce this edition of the 'Forever is Now' exhibition, which has become part of our cultural history. Three years ago, we began supporting this exhibition at the Ministry of Culture, not only because of its immense artistic importance, but also because it contributes to achieving one of the Ministry's key goals: fostering communication with the general public and involving them in cultural events."

Hussein Fahmy also confirmed: “I am very happy to be here with you, and with Nadine's activity. I have known Nadine for a long time, since she was very young, so I am familiar with her activities and ideas. I am very happy that she is holding this exhibition, and God willing, there will be a partnership between Art Egypt and the Cairo International Film Festival this year, as the dates are very close, because art is a beautiful thing and Egypt is very rich in history.

Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, Director of the Grand Egyptian Museum, commented: "The truth is, I had the honor of meeting Nadine when I visited 'Forever is Now' earlier. For me, what Nadine does combines four essential elements: First, her immense passion; second, persistence, because anyone who knows Nadine knows she never stops working. Third, boundless creativity; and fourth, her powerful network of relationships, both internal and external. These factors are what make the product she delivers always unique, constantly renewed, and every time I feel as though something new and special is happening."

Mr. Amr Gazarin, Chairman of Orascom Development, added: "I am very happy to be here today, and the truth is, this fifth edition of the event holds a special significance for us, as it will be the first edition after the major transformation that the pyramids have undergone. We've witnessed a tremendous shift, I invite all of you to visit the new site and discover the significant changes."

The fifth edition of Forever Is Now promises once again to be a unique cultural event at the foot of the Great Pyramids, where history, heritage, and contemporary art meet in dialogue with one another.
